5:30 AM – 6:30 AM — Coed Combat & Conditioning (Morning Session 1)
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM — Women’s Only Combat Cardio (Ladies Only)
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM — Coed Combat & Conditioning (Morning Session 2)
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM — Kids Combat & Conditioning (Afternoon Youth)
Details
Cost: Free (no charge for classes March 2–5, 2026)
Who can attend:
Morning coed sessions: adults and teens comfortable with mixed classes
Women’s session: women and girls who prefer a female-only environment
Kids session: youth ages appropriate for beginner-to-intermediate combat conditioning (please bring guardian)
What to bring: athletic clothing, water bottle, clean athletic shoes, optional gloves and hand wraps (limited loaner gloves available)
Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and warm up
Safety: Sessions led by BHWC coaches focused on conditioning, technique, and safe contact levels; modifications provided for all fitness levels
