During their training period your child will receive…

• Structured and detailed strength program focused on building maximum strength and explosiveness.

• Speed training, aimed at building over all speed from start to finish.

• Agility training, focused on body control and balance and footwork.

• Conditioning program, designed to challenge and push each individual and elevate their performance while competing.

• Mental mindset coaching, philosophies, and techniques used to reach each individuals full potential. 

• Goal setting, strategies used to set goals and plans of action to achieve those goals.

•Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Boxing , also the desired sport specific drills etc.

• 100+ hours of dedicated coaching with a certified strength and conditioning, coach / Pro Combat Sport Athlete whose aim is to help each student athlete reach their desired goal/goals.
