Combat Conditioning
Combat-inspired strength and conditioning for adults who want a harder, more purposeful workout. Build power, endurance, mobility, and mental toughness through boxing drills, grappling-based movement, functional strength work, and high-intensity conditioning.
What to Bring
Boxing gloves or MMA gloves, wrestling shoes if you have them, water, and a towel.
Cardio Kickboxing — Women’s Only
A high-energy workout combining boxing and kickboxing combinations with conditioning circuits to build strength, endurance, and confidence. This women-only class delivers a full-body training session in a supportive and motivating environment. No experience required.
What to Bring
Boxing gloves or MMA gloves, water, and a towel.
Combat Kidz
A structured youth training program introducing kids to wrestling, jiu jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and basic MMA movement in a disciplined and positive environment. Classes focus on building athletic ability, coordination, confidence, and respect while learning the fundamentals of combat sports.

Athletic clothing, wrestling shoes if you have them, water, and a towel.
Black Hive Wrestling
A focused wrestling program designed to develop strong fundamentals, conditioning, and competitive toughness. Training emphasizes stance, positioning, takedowns, mat control, and live situational drilling in a structured and disciplined environment.
This program is built for athletes looking to improve their wrestling ability through consistent coaching and high-level training.
What to Bring
Wrestling shoes if you have them, athletic clothing, water, and a towel.
